matches
consumer
borrowers

qualified
lending
professionals.
Centralloancenter
is not a
financial
institution,
mortgage
banker, or
broker. We
do not sell
mortgage
products to
our
customers.
We do not
endorse or
recommend
any specific
kind of
mortgage
product or
company.
We gather
consumer
contact and
loan
information
via an
online
application
and use this
information
to match
borrowers
with
lenders.
Submission
of our
online
application
constitutes
acceptance
to these
terms of
service and
by doing so
the borrower
waives all
claims.
We use the
information
gathered
through our
online
application
to establish
a borrower
profile.
This
borrower
profile is
used to
search our
database of
lenders to
match the
borrower
with up to
the four of
the most
appropriate
lenders
based on the
borrower’s
individual
financial
situation.
Once
borrower and
lender
profiles are
matched, the
borrower’s
information
is instantly
transmitted
to the
lending
professionals
who will
attempt to
contact the
borrower
within one
business

PRIVACY
POLICY |
Centralloancenter
takes
privacy very
seriously
and we will
never
compromise
the privacy
of our
customers.
In order to
be an
effective
intermediary
we do need
to collect
certain
contact and
financial
information.
We require
the
submission
of certain
information
to ensure an
effective
match within
our network
of lending
professionals.
We require
borrowers to
provide us
with their
name,
contact
information,
financial
information
and
specifics
regarding
their
property and
existing
loans.
We are
committed to
using state
of-the-art
technology
in order to
protect the
borrower’s
personal and
financial
information.
We use the
most
advanced
encryption
technology
available to
ensure the
integrity
and security
of
information
entered into
and
transmitted
to our
servers. By
using
Verisign’s
Secure
Socket Layer
128-bit
encryption
technology
we ensure an
extremely
high degree
of
confidentiality
and privacy.
We do not
require
borrowers to
submit
sensitive
information
such as
driver’s
license,
social
security,
credit card
or bank
account
numbers.
Borrowers
may provide
additional
information
to lending
professionals
at their
discretion.
Once the
borrower
provides
additional
information
to a lender
it is
subject to
those
lenders?
privacy
policies.
Borrowers
should read
those
policies to
understand
how those
firms handle
your
information.
Centralloancenter
does not
distribute
nor sell any
personal
information
we gather
about
borrowers to
any
individuals
or entities
under any
circumstances,
unless we
are
authorized
to do so.
Information
we do share
is only
within our
network of
lending
professionals.
To the
extent
permitted by
law, we may
also share
your
personal
information
if we
believe it
is necessary
to comply
with the
law, to
enforce or
apply our
Terms of
Use, or to
protect the
rights,
property, or
safety of
Centralloancenter,
our
employees,
affiliates,
and users.
We reserve
the right to
share

our network
if we are

borrowers

have agreed

reveal the
borrower's
name,

to that
promotional
partner
unless you
request us

option to
decline such
offers and
be removed
from e-mail
